10 Ways to Become a Better Designer is an interesting read. I think number 4 is an important one. That and remember that a client might not always be right about web design, but they are always right.

    I also think number four is a biggie. I think too often designers that they are really designing for their clients and fall into their own ideas and what they really want. It’s good to be creative but not to change the ideas of your clients to your own.
