This is an issue that we have struggled with at my work for sometime. It kind of goes with how long do you support some of the older browsers. It all depends on your audience.

Wondering what the inspiration of WEBT 143 was?
It’s all about learning the technologies that make the web a lean mean place for sharing ideas, content and design. Yeah most people know HTML, I mean they teach it in grade school now, no? ;~)
This class explores the latest trends in web page construction following and understanding web standards set forth by W3C .
This older presentation covers many of the concepts covered of the class.
